WUNDERBOX Android app

Privacy policy

Last updated: 26 July 2026

WUNDERBOX is a children's app made for private, offline play. It does not ask a child to create an account or enter a name, age, email address or other contact details.

Information used by the app

InformationWhy it is usedWhere it stays
Preferred languageTo suggest an app language when WUNDERBOX first opens. On the device.
App settingsTo restore choices such as sound, theme, haptics, calmer animation, puzzle difficulty and parent-enabled activities. On the device.
Progress and creationsTo show completed pizza recipes, save drawing projects and keep one recovery draft while a drawing is being edited. In WUNDERBOX private app storage.

Preferred language

WUNDERBOX reads the device's preferred language and, where available, its regional version, such as English (United States) or English (United Kingdom). This is used only on the device to suggest an app language. It is not used to work out a child's location. The selected language is saved on the device.

Progress and creations

Saved drawings include creation and update times needed to organise the drawing library. WUNDERBOX does not transmit drawings, settings, progress or language choices to us.

The on-device copy remains until a parent deletes it, clears the app's storage or removes the app. If Android device backup is enabled, Android or Google may include app data in a device backup. That backup is controlled through the device or Google account settings, not by WUNDERBOX.

What we do not collect

WUNDERBOX does not send children's gameplay, settings, drawings or language choice to us or to an advertising or analytics company. The app has no child accounts, advertising, analytics SDK, tracking SDK or social features.

The app does not ask for a child's name, date of birth, email address, phone number, precise or approximate location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone, voice recordings or advertising identifier. Music played in the Music Room is not recorded or saved.

We do not sell personal information or use children's information for advertising or profiling.

Google Play

Google Play handles the download and installation of WUNDERBOX and, where relevant, payment processing. Google may collect information under Google's privacy policy.

Google Play may give us store and performance reports, such as download totals, app version, device type, country or region and crash information. These reports come from Google Play. WUNDERBOX does not add tracking code to create them, and they do not include drawings or a child's activity inside the app.

Messages from parents

Children cannot contact us from inside the app. If a parent or guardian uses the developer contact details on the Google Play listing, we receive the email address and information included in the message. We use it to answer the question, deal with a support or privacy request, and keep the app safe. We do not use support messages for advertising.

We normally delete support messages within 12 months after the last reply. We may keep a message longer if needed to meet a legal obligation, handle a dispute or prevent misuse.

Please do not send us a child's name, drawing, photo, voice recording or other personal information. If a child sends personal information to us, a parent or guardian can ask us to delete it.

Deleting information

Settings, progress and drawings are kept locally, so we cannot view or delete them from our side. A parent can remove the on-device copy by opening Android Settings, choosing Apps, then WUNDERBOX, and clearing the app's storage. Uninstalling WUNDERBOX also removes its on-device data. Android backups are managed separately through the device or Google account backup settings.

For information sent in a support message, a parent or guardian can ask for access, correction or deletion using the developer contact details on WUNDERBOX's Google Play listing.

Security

WUNDERBOX keeps local information in the app's private storage area and does not transmit it. Access to the device and any Android backup depends on the security and backup settings chosen by the device owner. Access to support messages and Google Play reports is limited to the people who need it to operate and support WUNDERBOX.

Changes to this policy

If WUNDERBOX's data practices change, this page will be updated before the change is released. The date at the top shows when the policy was last revised.

Contact

For privacy questions or requests, use the developer contact details shown on WUNDERBOX's Google Play listing. Please make sure a parent or guardian sends the message.
